PASSIVES

Get Passive

Say get + past participle when something happens to a person or thing, often by accident. It is informal and common in speech.

Get changes for tense: get / gets / got · The participle stays: got stolen · Negatives and questions use do / does / did + get · For a state or fact use be: is closed.
